RegistryProt is a 100% free, stand-alone, compact, low-level real-time registry monitor and protector, that adds another dimension to Windows security and intrusion detection. By monitoring important locations and keys in the Windows system registry, RegistryProt will alert whenever a key is added or changed, and then give the option of accepting the key change, reverting back to the original key setting, or deleting the key. RegistryProt's most useful attribute is that it will detect the vast majority of Trojans at the exact moment that they infect/install themselves into your system, and as such provides a new dimension in Trojan and intrusion detection. And of course it's FREE!

Mp3 Share Stars
"The Night Starts Here

or you can try here too!

In Our Bedroom after the War is the fourth studio album by Stars, released last September. It was released to digital retailers in July, in an attempt to battle the album's leak. A good Canadian content since the record was recorded in Vancouver and mixed in Toronto. You can check out all the details in Wikipedia. Here is a share of "The Night Starts Here". Make sure you check out the rest of this fantastic album!

Zamzar is a new FREE online file conversion site. They will take all kinds of document types, from text, image, music, and video and convert to another form at your request. Just select the file, choose the format, and enter your email address to receive the link to the converted data. The name "Zamzar" is based on a character from the Bohemian author Franz Kafka's book "The Metamorphosis". Worth knowing about. Check out Zamzar.

Get a laugh from this commercial for Wilkinson Blades. This animated short involves a strange battle between Dad and his baby over who's smooth skin will get the most attention from Mom. The baby is just a hoot as he undergoes training for the fight.

Google has given web users yet another reason not to use Microsoft Office.
In late August, the very unofficial Google Operating System blog noticed that the Mountain View outfit was offering a completely free version of Sun Microsystem's StarOffice 8, the office productivity suite that Sun sells for $70 a pop. When contacted, Google confirmed that its version "includes all the major functionality of the paid ($70) consumer version." Just before I left on holiday Google updated its online Documents service with the addition of a Powerpoint-like presentation creation tool, called Presentations. What's next?
