XNEAT is a cool Windows tweak app with lots of features. A TaskBar Sorter allows you to reorder the programs in the taskbar. It displays a new menu when you click on a window titlebar using your mouse middle button. Adds extra items to the right click menu, and more, and it's free. GO THERE.

The Rosebuds debut in 2003, created a fan base that will surly expand now that "Night of the Furies" was released in October. Here is the song you will probably hear all the time now. I'm sharing the "Get Up And Get Down" track. Enjoy and check out their myspace page.

USBDLM is a Windows service that gives control over Window's drive letter assignment for USB drives. Running as a service makes it independent of the logged on user's privileges, so there is no need to have the privilege to change drive letters. It automatically solves conflicts between USB drives and network drives if you are currently logged on. You can define new default letters for USB drives and much more. It's Free and useful if you want more control over your drive letters. Check it out.

Mp3 Share Neil Young
"The Believer"

or you can try here too!

I'd like to share the 'Ordinary People' track from Neil Young's newest album, but it is an 18 minute cut. I wouldn't have any bandwidth left! Instead here is 'The Believer' from the same new album called "Chrome Dreams II". The whole CD is just great and worth the price. Enjoy some great Canadian content.

Foto-Mosaik creates mosaic-pictures, which are composed of many small pictures (tiles), from your own photos. The individual tiles, from which the mosaic-picture will be created, can be selected at random. After analysis, Foto-Mosaik puts them into one or multiple databases. As a basis you can grab the pictures from your private collection, or from a photo-cd. A simple to use wizard will guide you through the freeware program. So it is a piece of cake to create you own mosaic pictures with extraordinary effect.

Foto-Mosaik supports:

  • BMP - Windows Bitmaps
  • JPEG/JPG - Joint Photografic Expert Group
  • GIF - Compuserve "Graphics Interchange Format"
  • PNG - Portable Network Graphic Format
  • HPI - Herma Photo-CD Image

Amaze yourself and other people and check it out.

Mp3 Share Terrence Trent D'Arby
"Wishing Well"

or you can try here too!

Back in the 80's Terence Trent D'Arby came out with an album with the song "Wishing Well" on it. D’Arby became famous in the late 80s with this soulful single. I liked it then and still do today. I ran across it on a collection CDs issued last year. So I thought now would be a good time to share and expose some of you who might not have been before. Enjoy.

Mp3 Share Wilco
"What Light"

or you can try here too!

I shared Wilco's "Impossible Germany" just before their gig here in Toronto at Massey Hall. Volkswagen's latest TV campaign is breaking new ground with the utilization of Wilco's new album. In an advertising first, VW has used a number of songs in multiple spots from the band's new release. This is the first time anyone has ever used one album as a soundtrack for an entire TV campaign. They now have a commercial using the song I'm sharing today. The group has had a great start for their new album "Sky Blue Sky". It used to be older songs being used in ads but now anything goes. Here is the song, called "What Light", you may remember the ad as soon as you play this one. Enjoy this selection, buy the CD, and visit the official Wilco site.

What a great Xmas present!!. The SpongeBob SquarePants 15-inch LCD TV hooks into computers, DVD players, gaming consoles and karaoke systems. The HD-ready TV, which costs $299, also offers a built-in ATSC digital tuner.
It's unclear whether SpongeBob himself can afford the product, based on his meager salary as a fry cook at the Krusty Krab.
